Start with Why
Simon Sinek
What changed how I think:
“People don't buy what you do; they buy why you do it.”
The core idea
Every great leader and organization starts with why — a clear sense of purpose. Most people communicate what they do, some explain how, but very few articulate why. Sinek calls this the Golden Circle.
What stuck with me
The Wright brothers didn't have funding or connections. They had a reason to fly. That's the difference between motivation that lasts and motivation that fades when things get hard.
